Sushi Delight

We loved the sushi experience at Punta Leona in Dec 2023, and we couldn’t wait to come back this year! Liz and Frank did not disappoint. They have a premiere location across from Carabelas under the canopy, superb cocktails, and they have expanded their menu. The sashimi is fresh, and the homemade sauces perfectly complement both the raw and cooked items. We will be back!

Spacious Villa Upgrade

Upon arrival, we found an issue with our room. The front desk quickly upgraded us to a huge vacation house, and wow, it was lovely! The view from our private pool was amazing. The room was perfect for a couple, complete with comfortable beds and nice amenities. It truly made our stay amazing!

Beyond Beautiful Beaches

The hotel has two stunning beaches for swimming and relaxation. Playa Blanca is particularly gorgeous with its soft white sand and warm waters. I loved being able to snorkel and see colorful fish and turtles. It was truly a fantastic beach experience that added immensely to our vacation!

Natural Paradise

Overall, we had a good time at Hotel Punta Leona. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and close to some great beaches, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation. The rooms, however, were a bit small and in need of some updates, and our experience with the service had its ups and downs. The dining was enjoyable with fun animal interactions, but there were moments when the food could have been better. Still, the overall vibe of the place made for a memorable vacation.
